REFUND POLICY
At QuickSpark, we aim to provide an exceptional entertainment experience. Please read our refund rules carefully, as they differ for digital content and consumed services.
Entertainment Disclosure
QuickSpark is an entertainment platform featuring fictitious characters. Refunds requested on the basis that profiles are not "real people" will not be granted, as this is explicitly stated in our Terms of Use and Legal Disclosure.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
Refunds are generally only available for:
- Unused Credits purchased within the last 14 days (EU/UK/CA residents).
- Technical errors where your account was charged but services were not rendered.
- Verified unauthorized transactions (fraudulent use of your card by third parties).
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- Consumed Credits (any message sent or photo unlocked).
- Time elapsed on a VIP membership where the user had access to the features.
- Accounts banned for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy (harassment, illegal acts).
- Dissatisfaction with the "outcome" of a chat or the nature of the fictitious profiles.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your User ID and the transaction date. We process all requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. CHARGEBACKS
LUMINO STRATEGIES LIMITED maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback for a legitimate transaction, your account will be permanently banned, and we reserve the right to report the incident to credit agencies and anti-fraud databases.
