CANCELLATION POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU USERS)
If you are a resident of the European Union or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the date of purchase of VIP membership or Credits).
EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT
Important: By purchasing digital content (Credits or VIP status) and clicking "Pay Now", you provide your express consent to begin the performance of the contract immediately. You acknowledge that once you use your Credits (e.g., send a message or view a private photo), you lose your right of withdrawal and are no longer eligible for a refund for the consumed portion.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement via email:

CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTIONS
For recurring VIP memberships, you may cancel at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, your VIP access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract within the 14-day period (and have not consumed the digital content), we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
